Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any teo88 Service. teo88 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all product categories, including sportsbook, live casino, slots, sic bo, and fish shooting games. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Residency. teo88 primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of teo88 Services complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. teo88 makes no representation that the Services are legally available in any specific jurisdiction outside of the territories it serves.

2.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered teo88 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts.

2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a teo88 Account:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Current or former employees of teo88 or its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from teo88 or any affiliated platform during the duration of that self-exclusion;
• Persons who have been permanently suspended by teo88 for a prior violation of these Terms;
• Persons acting on behalf of a third party, corporate entity, or syndicate for the purpose of wagering.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process. To access teo88 Services, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, and to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. teo88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify teo88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.

3.3 KYC Verification. teo88 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all Members. As part of this process, teo88 may request the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Indonesian KTP or passport);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of GoPay, OVO, or DANA account in the Member's name);
• Any additional documentation teo88 reasonably requires to satisfy its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

3.4 Right to Decline. teo88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Approval of a registration application does not constitute a waiver of teo88's right to subsequently suspend or close an Account if information provided during registration is found to be false or incomplete.

3.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your teo88 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other individual or entity. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate permanent closure of the Account and forfeiture of the Balance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. teo88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). teo88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via international wire transfer.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. teo88 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit amounts at any time with notice provided on the Platform.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited within 30 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during standard banking hours. teo88 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking infrastructure outages, or public holidays.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (06:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. teo88 requires that a Member's deposited funds have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is approved. This condition does not apply to Bonus Funds, which are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms. teo88 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before approving any withdrawal request.

4.6 No Platform Fees. teo88 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers (banks, e-wallet operators) may apply their own transaction charges, over which teo88 has no control.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by teo88 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion on the Platform, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the promotional offer details. teo88 does not apply hidden wagering conditions beyond those published at the time a promotion is offered.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only, on their first qualifying deposit. A Member who opens multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts permanently suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds that expire are forfeited without compensation.

5.5 teo88's Right to Modify. teo88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn while a Member is actively using Bonus Funds from that promotion, the Member's progress towards the wagering requirement will be preserved for any Bonus Funds already credited.

5.6 Abuse Prevention. teo88 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk opposing bets to clear wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of promotional offers, and collusion between accounts. Members found to be abusing promotions will have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings voided and may face permanent Account suspension.

Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on teo88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. teo88's sportsbook covers BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, MotoGP Mandalika, and Mobile Legends MPL, among other markets. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must be individually valid; if one selection is void, the bet is recalculated as if that selection were not included.

6.2 In-Play Betting. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live odds at the time of placement. teo88 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets on any event at its discretion and without notice, including during periods of uncertainty (e.g., a potential red card situation or a VAR review).

6.3 Odds Errors. teo88 takes all reasonable steps to ensure that published odds are accurate. In the event of a manifest error in published odds (an odds price that is clearly incorrect relative to market consensus), teo88 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Members will be notified of such voidances and the original stake returned.

6.4 Casino and RNG Games. All random number generator (RNG) based games offered on teo88 — including slots, sic bo, and fish shooting — use certified RNG technology sourced from internationally accredited studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft. Game outcomes are determined independently of teo88's servers and cannot be influenced by teo88 or by any Member action.

6.5 Live Casino. Live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live are subject to the rules of the relevant game as displayed in the live game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the round outcome is determined by the live dealer's actions, which are recorded and auditable. teo88 will resolve disputes based on the recorded game data.

6.6 Maximum Winnings. teo88 may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event across any product category. Applicable limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting market interface. Winnings in excess of published limits will not be paid.

Responsible Gaming

7.1 Player Wellbeing. teo88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. teo88 Services are intended to be a source of entertainment, not a mechanism for generating income or resolving financial difficulties. If gambling is causing you stress, financial hardship, or relationship problems, please seek help immediately.

7.2 Tools Available. teo88 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Reminders: Receive time-based notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all teo88 Services. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by Member. You may request permanent closure of your teo88 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure.

8.2 Suspension by teo88. teo88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's Account, with or without prior notice, if teo88 reasonably believes that the Member has:

• Provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Engaged in Prohibited Activities, including fraud, collusion, or use of automated wagering tools;
• Acted in a manner that teo88 considers to be harmful to the integrity of its Platform or Services;
• Breached applicable laws or regulations in their jurisdiction.

8.3 Balance on Suspension. If an Account is suspended for investigation, the Balance will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that a violation has occurred, teo88 may forfeit some or all of the frozen Balance. If no violation is found, the Member will be notified and the Balance released.

Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the teo88 Platform — including but not limited to the teo88 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content supplied under license, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to teo88 and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

9.2 Permitted Use. teo88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any teo88 content without prior written consent.

9.3 Prohibited Use. You must not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the teo88 Platform. You must not use any automated tool, bot, or script to access, navigate, or interact with the Platform. Any breach of this clause entitles teo88 to immediately terminate your Account and pursue legal remedies.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. While teo88 endeavours to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure outages, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, teo88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of reputation.

10.3 Cap on Liability. In any event, teo88's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your teo88 Account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. teo88 will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms that is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, war, civil unrest, or failure of third-party telecommunications or payment infrastructure.

Privacy & Data

11.1 Data Processing. teo88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Data Security. teo88 applies 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to all data transmitted between your device and teo88 servers. Personal data and financial records are stored on secured infrastructure with access controls, real-time monitoring, and regular independent security audits.

11.3 No Third-Party Sale. teo88 will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary to deliver the Services and comply with legal obligations.

Governing Law

12.2 Member Responsibility. If online gambling is restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, you access the Platform at your own risk and teo88 accepts no liability for any legal consequences you may face as a result.

12.3 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through teo88 customer support shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Amendments to These Terms

13.1 Right to Amend. teo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, teo88 will provide reasonable notice to active Members via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Member's Account.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the teo88 Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 8.1.
